  15. ========= 1. WINDOWS SOFTWARE INSTALLATION =============================

  17. 1)  Connect A4Tech Mouse to your Computer.
  18.  
  19. 2)  Turn on your computer, Windows 3.1X/95/98/ME/NT4.x/2000 will start.
  20.  
  21. 3)  Insert the A4Tech iWheelWorks floppy disk to floppy drive A:(or B:). 
  22.  
  23. 4)  Select Run under the Start button (for Windows 95/98/ME/NT4.x/2000) or from the 
  24.     Program Manager/File Manager (for Windows 3.1x). Type A:\SETUP (or B:\SETUP) 
  25.     and click OK.

  27. 5)  Restart Windows to activate the iWheelWorks.

  30. ========= 2. DOS SOFTWARE INSTALLATION =================================

  32. 1)  Connect A4Tech Mouse to your Computer.
  33.  
  34. 2)  Turn on your computer, DOS will start.
  35.  
  36. 3)  Insert the A4Tech iWheelWorks floppy disk to floppy drive A:(or B:).

  38. 4)  Start A:\DOSINST.BAT ( OR B:\setup ) to install the driver.

  40. 5)  Restart DOS to activate the iWheelWorks.

  43. ========= 3. Uninstallation ================================

  45. The uninstall program will remove the iWheelWorks driver files.

  50. Setp 1. Select A4Tech Mouse group on Program Manager\Startup.

  52. Step 2. Double Click on the Uninstall A4Tech Mouse item.

  57. Click on the Add/Remove Programs icon in the Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 Control
  58. Panel then select Uninstall A4Tech iWheelWorks and press the Remove button.

  60. ====== 4. GENERAL NOTES ================================================

  62. *  Some applications are programmed in non-standard ways, which limits
  63.    their compatibility with other software, including iWheelWorks. 
  64.    To avoid headaches, some special iWheelWorks functions have been 
  65.    disabled when using applications known to cause problems.
  66.  
  67. *  The iWheelWorks is primarily a Windows product. It cannot provide the 
  68.    Scroll function in DOS due to the limitations of DOS.  However, if you 
  69.    are running DOS programs in a Windows environment you can still use
  70.    many of the special features as long as your DOS sessions are
  71.    windowed (i.e. not full screen ).
